Discover the Holistic Essence of Yoga

Namaste, I’m Divya.

My journey with yoga began long before I became a teacher. I started my career as an IT professional, living a fast-paced & unhealthy lifestylecorporate life. Yet deep within, I felt a quiet calling for something more meaningful—something that connected the body, mind, and soul. That search led me to yoga, an ancient wisdom that gradually transformed my life from the inside out. To truly understand the roots of yoga, I traveled to India, the birthplace of this sacred tradition. I trained in Mysore, the home of Ashtanga Yoga, and in Rishikesh, globally known as the Yoga Capital of the World. Immersed in these traditional environments, I studied not only asana (postures) but also the deeper dimensions of yoga—breath, meditation, philosophy, and yogic lifestyle.
